InFocus, the US based handset maker today announced its milestone achievement in India.Within 3 months of its entry into Indian smartphone market exclusively through online sales partner Snapdeal. The company claims to have sold more than 1 Lakh units of budget smartphone stellar M2 and M330 models.

The success comes despite the fact that M2 has spent negligible amount on marketing in India and the operations are handled by handful of people. The brand attributed its success to its end consumers who built a rapport of the devices through word of mouth publicity on various platforms. As per the company the demand of the M2 and M330 was thrice of the inventory available.
The two smartphones received rave reviews from tech world and users alike. Customers who bought M2 also posted their own reviews on various platforms which is credited in spurred sales of M2 and M330 immensely. M2 received around 21000 ratings with an average score of 4.4, the highest for any newly launched phone in 2015 on any online platform. The company claims to have sold M330 to 20% of customers who earlier bought M2, a sign of loyalty and trust that consumers have showered on Infocus.
Speaking on this achievement, InFocus Country Head,

Infocus entered
the Indian smartphone market in an exclusive partnership with Snapdeal in March
2015.InFocus will soon expand its product portfolio and Launch an array of
products for Indian market.
