Company claims that device promises great benefits like optimized battery usage, improved applications performance , refreshed user interface , better notification system etc. However, for us these looks like Android Lollipop features as Micromax is not known for any customization over stock android apart from loading few apps pre installed. As the name suggests the device caters to the need of neo thinkers and is perfect to capture their imagination on the go, and this time more easy for two reasons first the size of the screen and second the user gets free premium subscription of Evernote and Skitch.

Micromax, is distributing their product range and features strategically to target special requirement of customers in each segment. Earlier this week company launched Unite 3 for Rs 6999/- with unique patented feature of translate and transliterate with just a swipe. Unite 3 holds similar hardware specification , but with a screen size of 4.7 inch. Doodle 4 will compete with likes of Asus Zenfone5, HTC 526G+, Lenovo A7000 apart from YU Yureka which comes from its own sister brand YU.
