It seems Samsung doesn't want to be left behind in any means by Apple. Samsung is accused of stealing Apple's design and technology historically but this time it is caught in embarrassing position with a recent test results by Square Trade suggests that Samsung's latest flagship Samsung Galaxy is as bendable as iPhone 6 Plus under exact same force applied.
Samsung is now in place of Apple and its even more disappointing for Samsung fans as Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge can even break down into pieces at same pressure under which Apple iPhone 6 plus sustains with a bend.
SquareTrade test shows that both Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge and Apple iPhone 6 Plus bents at approximately 110 pounds of pressure.
Apple gained a lot of negative publicity and backlash from media, supporters , fans, critics and customers over reports of iPhone 6 Plus vulnerability to bend under pressure. #Bendgate was trending all over social media and fans were teased as iSheep as usual. Apple had to respond to this reassuring customers that they conduct all necessary tests and it is rare for iPhone to bend in normal usage conditions and only 9 customers had reported issue at that time, but more painful was when its strongest competitor Samsung took a jibe on bendgate in Note4 Edge ad without taking name of Apple. Now media is all over Samsung, popular tech site BGR reports "Samsung even copied Apple's bendgate"
Now the beast is unleashed, it would be interesting to see how Samsung takes it and what it has to say in defence.
