After fueling rumor mills from April, finally Motorola Moto E aka Moto XT1022 has surfaced up on Indian import data website Zauba. Import data suggests that Moto E is the device for which Motorola sent press invites for launch of a device which is "Made to last. Priced for all".
Shipment of Moto E has been spotted on Bangalore Airport which makes it almost certain that this is the device which May be launched officially on May 13 (good example of Homonym :) ).
According to import data on Zauba , 1300 units of Motorola Moto E have been imported already in India with per unit price as Rs 6330/- . Obviously you wont get it for this price, after adding retailers cut to this Moto E should cost around INR 8000 to INR 9000.
As Bangalore is mentioned the import city it is believed that Moto E will also be available exclusively on Flipkart as for other two famous Moto phones viz. Moto G and Moto X Motorola partnered with Bangalore based online retailer which proved to be a successful tie up.
As per leaked specifications Moto E is said to feature 4.3 inch 720p display, 4 GB internal memory with micro-SD card slot unlike its predecessor Moto G. Moto E is expected to be powered by 1.2 GHz dual-core processor and 1 GB RAM. On camera front it is expected to feature a 5 MP camera and run on latest Android 4.4 version i.e. KitKat.
Rumors are Moto E will be available in 3 variants Single Sim, Dual Sim and dual Sim with digital TV.
