Recently Mark updated his Internet Explorer from IE9 to IE11 to experience how good/bad it is. He found its faster than previous version and it should be, but soon he started facing compatibility issues with some of the web applications on which he has to work on regular basis. What should he do now? Should he wait for the applications to be compatible with new browser version? Of course not but how should he proceed then?
Ever faced such situation? In future if you are in same situation then follow these simple steps to uninstall IE update (any version) on Windows 7.
Step1 - Click on Windows button.
Step2- Go to run and type appwiz.cpl (or alternately you can navigate to control panel from windows menu)
Step3- Click on view installed updates option in left pane as shown below.
Step4- Now search for "Internet Explorer (version)" in list.
Step5- Uninstall option would appear on right to Organize button. Click on Uninstall button.
Step6- Restart your machine.
Following these simple steps you would be able to roll back your Internet Explorer update without loosing any data (bookmark, form data etc).
